When investing in shares there are two main ingredients one needs to be happy with. TRUST and Confidence in management.
Right now they have illustrated to all and sundry they have fallen short.

If you think that is the answer you've missed the point.
I bought shares because I believe the company has a bright future
but that future can easily become unstuck with mismanagement and making bad decisions such as diluting the company further when it didn't need to.
It was a quick grab for cash because the stock had been trading at less then half a cent not so long ago..
Pretty simple really.
