We all learn from our own experience and always good to note down lessen learnt (either +ve or -ve).
However; as you mentioned being new to trading, please remember the golden rule of diversification. Please do not invest all your money in a single stock. Always, good to have more options to make money or recover loss of another stock when things don't work in our favour. Also, please have some rule set for trading and trade/invest with discipline not the emotions.
