King, just send an email to Red Mountain and then they send you the form for you to fill with the number and value you wish to convert.
RMX gave me the full details and account to pay.
My first lot took about 8 days to show up, but the process was extremely easy.

Just ask for the form to be emailed and then ask for their advice if unsure.
I still have a few million to go and also hope for a lift again soon and have been told management will be pushing hard for them.
