Thank you very much for your support and valuable contribution as always.after having carefully read all your considerations, I feel even more the dangerous pitfall in the path of these gene studies.however, my curiosity in trying to understand if 2591 can be involved in an experimentation based on an rna platform, was ignited on the occasion of the very important meeting of last 11 March promoted by the Rett Syndrome Foundation and Rett Syndrome Research, in order to interact with patients and family members with the FDA.I was impressed by the sponsors, including Neuren as a bronze sponsor; the only gold sponsor, however, Shape TX, those with whom Roche signed a 3 billion dollar agreement on September 12, 2021. In light of Acadia's recent partnership with Stoke on January 10, I wondered if all this great interest and consequent taking of positions in the Rett community, were not the result of a field of exploration that involves us directly. my perception is that something may correlate with the PW 2591 trial.these are the links on which my curiosity is based
