Apologies Sillazze I obviously missed a key part of your message.
Based on my limited understanding of the field, I find it difficult to see what connection there might be between the recent increase in interest in developing RNA and gene therapies for Rett syndrome and Neuren’s trial of NNZ-2591 in Prader Willi syndrome.
The only type of connection I can see is between the Prader-Willi and Angelman syndrome programs insofar as both syndromes are caused by the same chromosomal deletion on 15q11.2-q13.
