But did you know that Peter French has written and unpublished paper on ALS? Nothing to do with ddRNAi. In fact he postulates that sporadic ALS is caused by a fungi and can be treated via blood filtration. This idea stems from the fact that a very large part of the population of Guam suffers from sporadic ALS but the percentage drops considerably in expatriates no longer exposed to the native, volcanic soil.

He does agree that gene therapy could also work.
