The excellent feedback from those who attended the last AGM tells me that this very issue was hammered home to the board. Board have had 12 months to address ambiguous, poor & third rate dissemination of information.
Only leaves two possible explanations. Sheer contempt for shareholders issues or plain out of their depth with corresponding lack of energy zest & enthusiasm.
