I have asked the question several times, but when I look at the responses it could mean both. With the last email I asked is it on the whole value of the sku or is it on the wands portion of the sku unit. no response.
If it is on both, then it makes no sense what so ever with what has been received so far if the royalty is 3 to 5%. The maths just does not reconcile it. So either he is wording it to create a positive and it is starting to catch up with his game, he doesn't understand the detail of the deal or the sold well and truly less than the 200k that was reported as being sold so another false truth.
