So let me get this straight.
After 18 years of failure to produce any meaningful revenue at the expense of SH’s...after building a portfolio of assets only to flog them off to stay afloat..with the lingering unavoidable expense to complete remediation activities to 2 more Geothermal Wells at Drilling Rig expense.. ya’all are pinning Disallowed potential on the hope of a M/A agreement because “management said they were looking” at it...with the only upside being a carried over tax loss for which management have continuously used as extra fodder to lure SH’s into digging into pockets...
Can anyone even guarantee they pass the test to allow tax losses to be transferred??

Wont M/A mean RNE are sucked up by new entity whereby existing RNE Share holders will acquire proportional holding in new company.

I feel this whole line of discussion is misleading and unsubstantiated and am confused why SP has jacked... on the back of what????
