I think we will find its a technicality where its not Horseshoe Metals who is the vendor to this new Joint venture with RNI, but its 100% owned Subsidiary, Murchison Copper Mines.
Hence why Horseshoe Metals isn't clearly stated in the latest release, yet why its been announced to the ASX by HOR.
in other words, Good News for HOR/RNI.
