Adrian, I see that you been an HC member for some time, but that your posts yesterday were your first. This issue must be of great concern to you. Have you communicated with anyone in the company or otherwise about it so as to object to what's proposed? BTW, I've got Patrick's details and I know that he has many shares, as do some of his friends and associates. They are most upset. If you haven't done anything directly then send me an email and i'll liaise with Patrick. Anyone else?
