I must admit some surprise that there has not been more comment in this forum about the extremely generous terms connected to the convertible notes. Not only the conversion rate, the double digit interest rate but the bizarre number of options attached. Our company is going to have an enormous overhang of stock and options hanging over it. One has to consider the wisdom of this and it is hard not to come to the conclusion that a realistic consideration of what is in the shareholders interest was not taken into account. Just look at the number of options attached to royces deal and he has gone. Normally you would expect that such generous terms would be put in place to encourage future performance but this beneficiary has packed it in before the shareholders meeting.

I had decided not to post again but have to say that my experience with this company is akin to being held up by bushrangers, stripped of my belt and left staggering around in the dark trying to hold my trousers up but am then informed if I pay More money I coud get my belt back for a brief period of time but before dawn I may have to pay more.
