Additionally this 'announcement' is actually not a new development. Bill Cash stated at the EGM that one smelter had 'signed on the dotted line' with one imminently ready to sign and one a lot further behind. Am assuming that the one who had signed as at the EGM was Volorantim - which means that they have sandbagged this information for about 3 weeks. One does wonder home much other information has been sandbagged? Possibly drilling progress at Perkoa?
