That would be a shame if they did , take over, as RNS has done all the work in Cambodia with the government and communities. But that,s the risks a business takes when they have to look around for finance, and there is no sentiment in business. Takeovers are usually good for shareholders. It may never happen anyway. On the other hand EMR directors and the upper top 10 shareholders are highly experienced and hard nosed individuals who may press for such an outcome.
