Looking at upcoming TV promo plus win win situation for landlords for listing, for agents to pay lewer fees than REA and recent success of management to achieve targeted traffic 8 months ahead, I believe I am bit conservative for providing 2 years timeline to secure such revenue.

However, this is just prediction based on my own research and experience. So fingers crossed for now .

Couldn't agree more.

RNT, good management + good products leading to success, IMO.

RentBond, I was surprised it's a completely NO-Doc loan supported by FlexiGroup/FXL.

FXL boss, Mr Andrew Abercrombie also increased his stake in RNT to 4.4m according to the 2015 Annual Report.

I am wondering who was buying over last few days via Ord Minnett.
