EVen if they specialised in approaching the unaffiliated agents they could do well as there are plenty of them! RE RNT I think it is an interesting model. Nobody has tried to crack it yet but if you consider that short term rentals can work through a B2C portal, (like airbnb) why not rentals. I think there is always a need for , openings, onsite inspections, property maintenance etc, that is still the sole domain of the Agents, but a lot of the rest can be automated, brought online with considerable benefits for the property owners, agents, and clients. Nutting out a sutiable deal to make the system become accepted and adopted by the agents will be the key, IMO!
