Oh well, there might be some who want to accumulate at lowest possible price. They can just use two accounts - put a buy order then fill that one using the other account, hoping others will either dump their shares on that price. If not working at that level, move it up one pip similar to what was happening in 2 and 2.1c range the last few days, and now probably at 2.1-2.2c level.
