They won't be needing anything like that number - it's probably a figure posted by the likes of Simon Moore. But you need to remember his company and others like it derive their income from explorers and developer clients whose interests are promote by very bullish projections.
Technology will breach the ST gap, artificial graphite, and then solid state batteries taking the upper end of the market etc etc.
There is good opportunity for sure, but I wouldn't be counting on anything like that number, or even half of it being developed. But the ones who are, and have the tonnage - are set to go LARGE IMO.
