I have gone hard on oppies in a number of companies and found that they follow the heads up closely but if sentiment turns, the oppies drop further and faster - basically a thinner market. The flip side is that there is an arbitrage oppportunity when the sentiment turns hot again and people rush to the oppies, so you get back into lockstep with the heads and have bought in at a discount.

The oppies I typically buy have strike prices of 2 cents or similar. So when the heads are at, say, 4 cents, there is a massive leverage effect buying oppies (2 x what you could get in heads). Once the sp hits the 30+ cents with the oppies at 28, the 2 cents difference is nothing and you have made 2 x 26 cents compared to 1 x 26 cents for the heads.

The oppies dropping faster cost me a bundle on VRX a little while back.

I am holding RNUOB and could have converted them several times by selling high and buying the heads on the pull back, but i've got FOMO if the news drops and the thing goes to the moon - which I am confident it will at some point.
