There is so much fake news and shock and awe, reality passes those that are unable or trained to think it through. Its about understanding cause and effect. Manipulating sentiment is about putting capital to work with alternative use. Flow ons, and an increase in the velocity of money will come through an injection of funds into defence which others pay for. In the meantime housing investment is sacrificed and interest rate increases are passed on to countries that borrow from the Fed. It spreads the burden of their policies. Cost - democracy. Long term demand for commodities will accelerate with the emerging super cycle and energy restructure. The real devil is natural disaster and the impacts of climate change when budgets have blown out due to Covid when supply could not be generated which earns income in the circular flow model. Inflation is a product of scarcity and that falling. RNU is a safe bet IMO. Resilience is an important human quality to see tough times through. GLTAH
