Yep, lets watch it drift back to 9 or lower. I'm a novice at this sh*t and that's how its manipulated and played with, as mentioned on a thread i read somewhere before on HC, price is determined by a group of people. If we came out with an Offtake with Posco and Hanwa, yep likely go to 15-18c, maybe, if we are lucky. Then watch the market slowly pull it back to 10-12c, whatever. I'm not downramping or being a pessimistic moron, just stating the facts and that's the way market operates without accountability.
You wonder why we hardly manufacture anything of significance in this country. BEOT won't allow it.
