My ignorant guess here is that since August 9th we have seen a small climb in share price. When looking at the short position over that period it has closed out nearly 19m shares has and is helping hold us here.
The 2b$ question is why they are closing and "who" they are.
If its the likes of a posco etc as they have now obtained their goal as far as cost etc on a contract then happy days.
