Funny there is a smaller cup inside the larger cup, which followed the rule of thumb (twice cup height )
Combine that with the falling wedge breakout, should smash through to 13c and then eventually after some games 18.
There was a fair period of consolidation in 2023, around 21c which would be nice rest spot early next year.

I reckon there are a few people waiting for confirmation and volume to buy in, and going by the buy / sell orders being random low numbers (Not round like 20k or 100k etc), my best guess is that the computer bots are trying to squeeze out the last drop of cheap liquidity in pip trading before price explodes out of the range.
There's still more than 7 million sitting there to gobble up on the way to 13c.
