26 week EMA has broken for the first time here which is significant and if it continues is a bearish sign for the nearer term.
The fundamentals of the company are still pretty good though imo (EV battery anode material, proven graphite source, plan to build a spherical graphite plant, etc), so if you're planning to hold long term that should still be ok (again imo).
It's enough for me to exit for now. Hoping for a lower price to re-enter at later. Each to their own on that approach though (sometimes it works well, sometimes it backfires if there's a big announcement while you're out of the stock).

26 week EMA (orange line, currently at .069c rounded up) has been breached. RSI has not broken it's downtrend line and has also begun to breach support at 51.
Weekly Chart 2:
Elder Force (volume and price movement combined) continues to slope downward and is showing signs of closing in on the zero line.
