I Think its a little premature to call the objection a success, EGR has 2 month to provide the clarity on the process to validate its claims.
if you read RNU and Dorfner's objections, their issues related around the vagueness of the process, i.e broad range of temperatures, duration of each stage and the percent of chemicals used.
it appears IP Australia sees merit in the application and this is wht they have given 2 months for EGR to address these points.
