Just building the worst case sceniaro here, for RNU. If RNU got no other alternatives, had to use EGR's patented process, had to pay for a commission to EGR. What does it potentially mean for RNU? or how much would it cost?
1. EGR cannnotmake RNU stop their BAU (nor have EGR started to ask either); in other words, RNU will continute doing what they are doing right now, unless (if) there is a speicific Court Order (in real world, from detabting IP at Government level, to court process, to settlement/hearing, 3-5 years minimum...）
2. If RNU does end up paying roytalties to EGR, what % are we referring here? are we adding $50/$100/$200 on top of their current indicated cost $1989? if it is ranging b/t $50-$100, what are we (as RNU holders) even talking about here, just tip them off...

I think my point is, even it is going south a little for RNU, how much worse can it really go before it bounces back? I don't see any material financial/operation impact in a long term (12m).

As long RNU can continue BAU, let the legal debate go on, but binding offtakes will land, conditional loan will become unconditional.
