Thanks Shane. The acquisition from Ausmin has been on the table for years. The conditions changed last year and that is all that has changed. IMO, the 22% issue to them has already been factored in to the current share price. @Seth Davis did some projections some time back on this including further dilution for CR. RNU will need funding to further progress this but the value that’s being created through spherical battery grade and expandables is the key. Dilution is part of almost every successful listed company and I think RNU have managed it well thus far.
