DC has responded advising that they are getting lots of questions regarding Ausmin’s 22% equity interest in the listed vehicle holding the project. This would be determined after reaching the vesting condition (i.e., $2.5m).
He commented....
“As we are getting nearer to reaching the $2.5m, we are getting many more questions like the ones you raise. I expect we will try to respond with a market announcement to clarify any further questions”.
