the only way option holders can get on a CR is to convert their options first or buy some heads on market prior and hope to participate, but these days the quick and easy way is taken by management and they offer to Sophs via broker placements, and get slugged the usual 6% for doing so and in some cases a swag of free options for what amounts to a few phone calls, my pet hate.
