Surely it would be hard to lose money for the early adopters who bought 4c shares for 2c each. Highly unlikely the share price would tank below that to end upside-down. I would have thought the earlier they are bought and the later they are converted to heads, the better the chance to end up in a Porsche dealership! Or do you mean to not convert them too early?
