its market manipulation at its best occuring at the moment to keep price down as much as possible before they want it to spring up, they are running out of time as production will begin in Oct.
IMO If manipulation was removed
TOL approval should = $2
First Feed to Kiln = $2.8
First profit of sales =$3.50
Phase 2 complete = $4
Production levels phase 1 and pahse 2 full steam = $6
