Instos can still have tax loss selling, it's not confined to any particular end of town.

The more you have to sell, the earlier you have to start.

As I've said before, I'm confused about the amount of stock traded in this security over the last 4 mths or so, and still it continues??? One could be pardoned for thinking they're printing them.....lol!!

Instos by and large are a lot better informed than you and I, and if there were a t/o in the wind as you seem to think, why wouldn't they hold off the selling, as they're bound to get a much better price for all their shares in a t/o?

Perhaps these are just in-house Insto transfers going on.......back in Feb one JP Morgan Co. ceases being a substantial holder, and in the next breath another JP Morgan Co. becomes a substantial holder.....Duicorp may be able to enlighten us about that one!
