Here is my attempt at showing where the approximate location of the FMS PIOP is in relation to the Dampier Port.
Let us assume that the FMS mine gate is around half way along the Stage 4 Funded, still to be built, Red Dog Highway.

Dampier section = 20km
Stage 2 = 90km
Stage 3 = 48km
Stage 4 = 55km (half way approx. to FMS mine gate)
Total estimated trucking distance to Dampier Port = 213kms approx.

Another option is the proposed port of Anketell that is envisioned to be a multi-user port with capacity for resource commodity exports and general cargo and bulk liquid imports and exports. These proposed developments will be progressed once the foundation customers reach a final investment decision and agreements are entered into with the Authority.

Could be time for the FMS Board to get to work and contact the Port Authority for space at both Dampier and Anketell.

The proposed Anketell Port, just north of Roebourne is around another 65kms.
So that would make it approx. 258km from the FMS PIOP Mine gate.

So trucking could be either:

213km to Dampier Port
or
258km to Anketell Port
