Yup... What's the charge of throwing bricks off a bridge into on coming traffic? Is that a traffic violation? Guess the incompetent Police would charge the woman with littering for throwing items out the window into on coming traffic?

Question...has there been any attempt to clean up the nails on the road? Perhaps the woman should be billed for the roadsweeper call out?
