Having been done for assault (not road rage), I had brought a situation to an end , the complainant wanted to continue in the courts.
Now , why didn't the complainant take a step back , instead of a step forward toward me at the time ?
He wanted to stand up to me , prove his manhood , can only be one winner .
Cost me $280 , cheaper to plead guilty than spend good money on legals , perhaps the same outcome for the driver that punched the woman , he may never get the chance to say that he brought a situation to an end , maybe cheaper to plead guilty straight after the charge(s) are read, rather than spend good , hard earned cash .
