I would agree with that in so far as they see the bigger picture and would have done a massive amount of DD before investing.
my point was that I think they know SNS have the best product offering in the market and should win this tender easily. which is basically a POC that can be easily rolled out to other states and the US market!
Throw in the automatic links to infringement notice system and SENTrack and the floodgates are about to open!
