    I disagree Slogger. I would like to know as much about Trinity as possible.

    How will Trinity compliment CEO or is this purely a sweetener for ME and undisclosed persons.

    Seems to me CEO will carry Trinity to success if a resource is uncovered.

    My understanding of JV's is that both parties carry substantial risk.
