DyO sitting 1235 ATM, just got back up to the August 15 low after falling to 1220 :
And Asian Metal report today: "AM statistics: Chinese dysprosium oxide suppliers’ average separation rate in November rises by 11.9% MOM to 42.2% [12-09]"
Chinese producers have been operating at just 30% of capacity!
Price still bumping along the bottom circa $180kg, the Sino's still have production capacity 2.5x current levels on standby, and EVERY NdFeB manufacturer proudly boasting a large range of Dy Free or Lite, while clearly stating they can reduce use further.
Trying to pretend there is no change to DyO demand outlook is simply delusional.
