There is very little earnings and you have Amazon gearing up to cut their turf, with no margin to fall back on, how do you think they are going finance the hap-hazard growth into all manner of exotic offerings eg pet insurance. Debt or dilution will be the answer and we all know what that will do to the share price.
Kogan should have used its bloated share price to transact an acquisition, but I suspect it is too late now with the US market pulling the rug from under us.
