From what you've said and I am reading into this are you saying that the DFS will be released next month and that it will give the go ahead for the mining to be contracted out. This then would enable mining to commence before April next year without the capital cost of a mining setup?

Am I correct? Does this really make sense?

This trading halt could be to announce increased reserves and/or to beat up the sp before the DFS.

sp could shoot the moon if production starts early next year.
