yeah they have screwed investors big time. A number of times they said the divident will be paid, so no doubt people would have jumped in to take advantage of this. Even I considered it but decided against it. Paying of the dividend was looking less likely as days went by but the company continued to mislead investors. They also continually stated the dividend would be 5.9cents, so again misleading investors.

No credibility left with management now and besides a class action, shareholders should call an EGM and have the whole board replaced.
