Goldman Sachs JBWere is advising OZ Minerals in relation to its present position
and the development of options for the Company going forward.

Wonder if Goldman Sachs JBWere might do it?

Actually I can't see why an investment bank wouldn't underwrite it?

at 1 for 1 @ 30c I don't think they would have any problem getting it off and they would get their cut of course for drafting the prospectus and insuring the money.

what would that be about 2 or 3%?

Not sure how these things actually work.
