Agree with most of these sentiments around capital raising of a billion. But that still leaves problem of the board. They seem to me to be largely a bunch of good time guys when what is needed is a much tighter style of manager/director - tighter that is with op/ex, cap/ex and revenue $$. How do we find such people, ideally with relevant experience, at short notice?
