Put simply maybe it is the shareholders who don't monitor the daily or even weekly price movements of their shares, but still want to sell in the event of a run.

No doubt CXY has the potential to run, however the last time it did in a major way (26 cents - June 08) it only lasted a very short period. The situation now is very much different, with real progress now in place, however i'm sure there are people out there who kicked themselves for not selling out at 20 cents back then.
