I beg to differ, Oddpenny. I once thought the same but have changed. Rather than chasing ghosts and inside trade theories, they should look at facts and prosecute (or otherwise do something about) directors that lied or otherwise failed to comply with their disclosure obligations to the market. Not having a go at you at all, as I used to think your way. I just think that the priority should be to ensure/enforce compliance where there is clear noncompliance (based on facts), rather than go after perceived/suspected noncompliance. Regards, Dratoz
