There's actually a lot more you can criticize the management for if you have some knowledge in exploration.
Technical wise, take the blue boxed for example, a design failure on the part of the chief geologist given that he must have been provided with specifications of the drill rig by the contractor.
3/5 holes drilled short wasn't something excusable, it was a waste of shareholder money!
For me, the foremost and most important actually is honesty&integrity, also where the line is drawn.
