    Roadmap to production:

    1. The resource consents were granted on 26 August, subject to appeal. From memory I thought that anyone who made a submission at the hearings has the right to appeal within two weeks i.e. by 9 September (and we understand an appeal is "likely" from Royal Forest and Birds society)

    2. Bathurst then needs to obtain Department of Conservation access agreements and concessions, but this process cannot start until resource consents are confirmed - also the DOC procedures are likely to take months rather than weeks but hopefully all done by end of year all other things being equal (i.e. no appeal)

    3. Only when resource and DOC consents are finalised we can start mining - except for Brookdale, which is already fully permitted and thus gives us income this financial year

Can anyone confirm if I have got this right ?
