Hi GS,
My point is exactly that. Snatcher will open later, Growler earlier, and as a result drilling may commence sooner. Oil Production because of transporting of oil may be delayed, as road repairs are completed to withstand heavy trucking, but the drilling at Growler may be happening sooner than has been announced as the heavy equipment, the drilling rig, is all ready there.
