Thought I'd share this- I emailed Joshua Drumm, listed as the Investor Relations contact for the US about where and when exactly the roadshow was taking place. Here is his prompt answer:

My apologies for the delay – I was out of the office yesterday.

Prana had a brief US roadshow that ends today. They did not disclose the specific cities that were visited, but you can assume major hubs of U.S. biotech institutional investors. The slides that were used for the road show are contained in the public filings, and are available for download from the Australian Stock Exchange website here: PDF.

This looks genuine and my guess is that our CEO will be on the evening flight out of the west coast and home to Melbourne getting ready for an announcement in the very near future..all guesswork though.
