    I asked when could we expect to see the Navy paying for power and water.

    Aidan was non committal, stating that CWE were getting a very good deal out of the GI location and D of D arrangement.

    The used quarry site came free of charge for a start.

    When you add up all the other benefits, you would have to agree IMHO.
